Weather conditions can change the body’s regulation and lower your immune system. Here are some easy tips to avoid getting sick when the temperature changes·        










 Stay hydrated: As the weather begins to cool, we create a warmer environment for ourselves inside of buildings and with warm clothing, which can also create dehydration within our bodies. Drinking a lot of water can help us stay hydrated which is vital for our organs.









·         Stay active: As the weather cools down, staying active and exercising outdoors can help with energy boosts and staying warm, and is a great way to boost your mental health.      













Eat healthy: In cooler weather, we experience more fatigue due to less light hours, cold temperatures, stress, etc. It is very important to eat food that makes us feel good. Try to eat vegetables or proteins, foods that will keep you energized through the day.
