· Choose preferred activities: If you want to become and stay active, you need to practice the physical activities you love and that you want to repeat as often as possible. |

· Walking: To add fitness to your commute, park the car further away from your office or home, this will help you add more walking/activity time to your day. | ||
· Workstation exercises: To help reduce physical inactivity at work and repetitive strain injuries, perform simple exercises at your workstation/desk at regular intervals. | ||
· Physical and mental health: Physical activity can improve mental alertness and can help in reducing stress, anxiety, and depression. Try practicing mind-body exercises as they help promote mental well-being. | ||
